1 Acceptance of Terms

2.3 Accurate Information. During registration you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information. Providing false information, including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, address or identity document, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 KYC Verification. bet786 is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You agree to submit a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and any additional documentation bet786 may reasonably request for Know Your Customer ("KYC") purposes. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bet786 may result in restrictions on your account, including the suspension of withdrawal rights.

3 Account Security

3.1 Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bet786 login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bet786 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless an alternative currency is explicitly offered for a specific payment method.

4.2 Deposit Limits. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed on the Deposit page within your bet786 account. bet786 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your bet786 account, or to a verified bank account in your name. Before any withdrawal is processed, you must have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of bet786. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.

4.4 Processing Times. bet786 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 business hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and are subject to applicable bank and payment provider processing schedules. bet786 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. bet786 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations. We reserve the right to request the source of funds documentation for any deposit or withdrawal. Transactions that bet786 suspects may be related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account suspended.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets placed on bet786 are subject to the bet786 Sportsbook Rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Sportsbook Rules on a specific sporting matter, the Sportsbook Rules shall prevail.

5.2 Casino Games. All casino games, including live dealer games and slots, are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game. The random number generators or physical certified equipment used in bet786 Casino games are independently certified for fairness.

5.3 Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, server failure or interruption that affects the outcome of a game or bet, bet786 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Wins obtained as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.

5.4 Void Bets. bet786 reserves the right to void bets that were placed following a technical error that resulted in incorrect odds or payouts, bets that are deemed fraudulent or collusive, or bets placed after an event has commenced where live data feeds have failed.

5.5 Responsible Limits. bet786 may impose maximum bet limits, maximum win limits per game round, or account-level stake limits at its reasonable discretion, including for the purposes of risk management and responsible gaming.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Promotional Terms. All bonuses and promotions offered by bet786 are subject to specific promotional terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These Terms apply in addition to those specific terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games and time limits are specified in the applicable promotional terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet786 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the bet786 platform — including but not limited to the bet786 brand name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content licensed to bet786, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of bet786 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet786 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any bet786 content without prior written permission.

9 Privacy & Data
